ISG 2009 registration form

Registration fee per person for the two days symposium is as follows:

International presenter/participant: USD 400.00
Local presenter/participant: RM 650.00
Foreign student: USD 200.00
Local Full-time student: RM 400.00

Registration fees will includes keynote sessions, technical sessions, exhibition, conference proceeding in CD format, lunches, coffee-breaks and related social events.

Cancellations will not be refunded but subtitutions of participants are welcome.
